Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding Customer Needs:Working with the sales team to identify and analyze client requirements and pain points.
• Solution Development:Developing tailored solutions and proposals that address the client's specific needs.
• Product Demonstrations and Presentations:Delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and functionality of products or services.
• Technical Support:Providing technical expertise and guidance during the sales process, including responding to RFPs and technical questions.
• Proposal Creation:Assisting in the creation of proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and other relevant information.
• Relationship Building:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure a smooth transition to the post-sales process.
• Staying Updated:Keeping abreast of the latest product developments, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Working closely with sales, engineering, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful deal closures.

• Technical Expertise:Strong knowledge of the relevant products, services, and technologies.
• Communication and Presentation Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
