Role Summary: The Pre-Sales Executive will be an integral part of our technical sales team, bridging the gap between customer needs and technical solutions. The role requires a proactive individual with an engineering background, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen interest in sales. The Pre-Sales Executive will support the sales cycle by providing technical expertise, developing tailored solutions, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical insights.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

2. Solution Design:

  • Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions using Hylenrs cutting-edge LENR technology.
  • Work with the R&D and product teams to ensure proposed solutions align with product capabilities and customer expectations.

3. Sales Enablement:

  • Assist in creating and updating sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and white papers.
  • Provide pre-sales support in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders.

4. Customer Engagement:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by maintaining a deep understanding of their technical challenges and business objectives.
  • Conduct site visits and technical discussions to identify and address customer pain points.

5. Market Insights:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Sales Acumen:
  • Proven track record in technical sales or pre-sales support.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and navigate complex sales processes.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Analytical Thinking:
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and propose innovative solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the energy or technology sector.
  • Familiarity with sustainable energy solutions or LENR technology.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
