Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Client Requirement Analysis Understand client needs through calls, meetings, or RFPs (Request for Proposal). Analyze customer business requirements and map them with company solutions. 2. Product Demonstration Conduct product or service presentations and demos to potential clients. Showcase product features, benefits, and use cases clearly and effectively. 3. Solution Design & Customization Create tailored solutions based on client requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to propose the best-fit product/service. 4. Proposal & Documentation Support Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and technical documents. Assist in writing case studies, FAQs, and solution documents. 5. Sales Team Support Act as a bridge between sales and technical teams. Support sales team with product knowledge, competitor analysis, and industry insights. 6. Follow-up and Client Interaction Follow up with potential clients post-demo or presentation. Address technical or product-related queries promptly. 7. Market & Competitor Research Keep updated with industry trends and competitor offerings. Suggest enhancements in offerings based on market feedback. 8. CRM and Reporting Maintain detailed records of all pre-sales activities in CRM tools. Share regular reports with the sales and marketing teams.
