NavMitra Realty Pvt Ltd, a fast-growing real estate company based in Gurgaon, is looking for dynamic and confident female Pre-Sales Executives to join our lead generation team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer interaction, have excellent communication skills, and want to grow in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.
• Explain project details, features, and benefits to interested buyers.
• Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, and timeline.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for closures.
• Maintain and update client information in CRM software.
• Consistently follow up with leads to ensure conversion.

Requirements

• Graduate (any discipline).
• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi & English.
• Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
• Prior experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales / Pre-Sales / BPO / Real Estate is an added advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
