Job Description

We are looking for dynamic Pre-Sales Outbound Calling Executives to join our sales team. This is a voice-based role focused on generating interest and qualifying leads by calling the provided contact numbers. The agent will follow a predefined script, explain the benefits, and identify potential customer interest. The role demands excellent communication and convincing skills, as well as the ability to engage in two-way interactive conversations. Agents must hold the customer’s attention on the call, handle objections, and ensure proper follow-ups to push leads forward in the sales. We will be offering a highly attractive salary package along with performance-based incentives. Suitable for candidates passionate about sales, customer communication, and lead generation. Key Qualities & Skills Strong spoken communication skills in English (regional language is a plus) Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs Confidence in handling rejections and closing deals Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude Basic knowledge of computers; CRM experience is an advantage Prior telesales/telecalling experience preferred
