Role Overview

The Junior Presales Product Demo Executive is a client-facing presales role focused on delivering structured and engaging product demonstrations for enterprise software platforms, including Low-Code, DMS, and CRM solutions.

This role is intended for early-career professionals with strong communication, presentation, and listening skills. The candidate should be capable of explaining application workflows using predefined demo scripts and materials, while adapting to basic client context.

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years of experience in:

• Product demonstrations
• Solution walkthroughs
• Client presentations
• SaaS or enterprise application demos

Exposure to any enterprise software product (Low-Code, CRM, DMS, BPM, or similar platforms) is sufficient.
Freshers are not targeted for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver guided product demos (30-minute and 60-minute formats)
• Demonstrate application workflows, user journeys, and key screens
• Explain product functionality in simple, business-friendly language
• Follow approved demo scripts, flow charts, and checklists
• Perform basic discovery by asking clarifying questions before demos
• Support sales teams during client demo sessions
• Participate in demo dry-runs and demo recordings
• Capture client questions, objections, and feedback for follow-up

Technical Understanding (Working Level)

• Basic to moderate understanding of application workflows, user roles, and system behavior
• Ability to answer functional and basic technical questions
• Ability to acknowledge, document, and route advanced queries for senior follow-up
• No coding or deep technical expertise required

Documentation & Presentation Skills (Mandatory)

• Microsoft PowerPoint – demo decks and flow diagrams
• Microsoft Word – user manuals, help documents, and FAQs
• Ability to update demo scripts and prepare walkthrough guides

Communication Skills (Top Priority)

• Clear and confident verbal communication
• Strong listening skills
• Comfortable engaging with clients and internal teams
• Structured explanation and professional presentation style

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
