Presales Engineer

As a Pre-Sales Engineer based in Bhopal with a minimum of 3 years of experience, your role will involve providing technical expertise and support to the sales team for LAN, CCTV, and WiFi projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer needs and design appropriate technical solutions. - Creating and delivering project proposals, BOMs, and technical documentation for LAN, CCTV, and WiFi configurations. - Performing site surveys, solution demonstrations, and feasibility studies. - Liaising with OEMs/vendors for technical requirements and pricing. - Assisting in RFP/RFQ preparation and technical bid submissions. - Engaging in technical discussions with clients before and after sales. - Keeping abreast of networking and surveillance technology advancements and market trends. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Proficiency in LAN, CCTV, and WiFi infrastructure. - Knowledge of network devices, cabling, and topology. - Strong communication and presentation abilities, with English proficiency. - Capability to independently create technical documentation and proposals. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Efficient management of multiple client needs and deadlines. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in System Integration, IT Infrastructure, or Surveillance Projects. Additionally, holding certifications in networking or surveillance such as CCNA or N+ will be advantageous.,
