Role Overview:

Pre-Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to gather technical requirements.
• Design customized solutions with technical architecture, BOQ, and cost estimates.
• Prepare proposals, Scope of Work (SoWs), presentations, and support Request for Quotation / Request for Proposal (RFQ/RFP) documentation.
• Conduct product demos, and provide technical support in sales meetings.
• Coordinate with OEMs/distributors for pricing and technical updates.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and product certifications.

Candidate Profile:

• 03 years of proven experience in pre-sales. Freshers may apply, but strong technical knowledge is required.
• Freshers must have successfully completed their degree or diploma without any pending supplementary examinations.
• Technical knowledge of system integration (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, IT & networking, AV, LMS & AV, LMS & digita etc.)
• Must have excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and client handling skills.
• Should have own conveyance and willingness to travel across the assigned region.
