Presales Engineer- CCTV&VDP

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient CCTV & Video Door Phone (VDP) Presales Engineer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer requirements, providing expert consultation and support throughout the presales process.

• Analyze customer requirements and design customized CCTV and VDP solutions
• Conduct site surveys and technical assessments for optimal system placement
• Prepare detailed technical proposals, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and system architecture diagrams
• Provide technical expertise during client presentations and demonstrations

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, access control, and VDP technologies
• Stay updated with latest industry trends, products, and technological advancements
• Conduct product training sessions for sales teams and channel partners

• Support sales team in technical discussions with prospects and existing clients
• Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and technical tenders
• Provide post-sales technical support during implementation phase
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

• Create technical documentation, user manuals, and installation guides
• Prepare cost estimates and project timelines
• Generate technical reports and feasibility studies

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
• 3-5 years of experience in security systems, CCTV, or VDP presales/technical sales
• Proven track record in B2B technical sales environment

• CCTV Systems: Analog/IP cameras, DVR/NVR, video analytics, storage solutions
• VDP Systems: Audio/video door phones, access control integration, intercom systems
• Networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, PoE, network switches, and wireless technologies
• Software: CMS. VMS, Edge AI, Server based AI (Any OEM)
• Standards Knowledge: ONVIF, H.264/H.265 compression, RTSP protocols

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused approach with consultative selling techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Team collaboration and cross-functional coordination

• Industry certifications (Axis, Hikvision, Dahua, etc.)
• Experience with enterprise-level security installations
• Familiarity with ELV Designing and Installations
• Previous experience in system integration or installation
