As a Senior Associate in this role, you will be responsible for managing bids and proposals for international BPO projects. Your main responsibilities will include: - Creating compelling proposals that showcase the organization's strengths and unique selling points to clients - Collaborating with various stakeholders to tailor solutions to meet clients" needs effectively - Developing winning bid strategies, understanding profit margins, and addressing technical and commercial risks - Researching, writing, and reviewing proposals within specified timelines - Facilitating communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the bidding process - Conducting client visits and presentations to ensure successful bids Qualifications required for this role: - Prior BPO experience in sectors such as travel, hospitality, healthcare, BFSI, or Tech Support - Experience in operations, delivery, or bid management is preferred - Proficiency in client-facing roles, leading meetings, and creating business review reports - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of profit and loss statements - Proficiency in English language Good to have skills: - Experience in Proposal development, Opportunity summary creation, and pricing models - Familiarity with Shipleys proposal writing and management processes - Shipleys or APMP certification is a plus - PMP certification and project management experience would be advantageous Please note that the role is based in Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad and involves a hybrid work model with some days in the office.,
