Role Overview As a PreSales Consultant at RippleHire, you will work closely with prospects to understand their hiring challenges, design tailored solutions, and create a strong business case for our platform. You’ll collaborate across product, sales, and marketing, and play a key role in delivering a high-trust experience during the evaluation process. You’ll also bring in or build exposure to how AI and automation are shaping talent acquisition—whether through familiarity with GenAI tools, AI-driven demo experiences, or a deep interest in how tech can personalize hiring journeys at scale. What You'll Do Understand customer problems and propose smart, tech-led solutions that drive value. Own deliverables like RFPs, requirement sheets, solution documents , and tailored customer journeys through their buying process. Design and deliver compelling proof of concept (POC) demos , incorporating automation and AI elements where relevant. Respond to RFPs/RFIs with strategic clarity and empathy. Collaborate with sales for seamless deal progression and closure. Liaise with the product team to share customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities. Stay up-to-date with AI trends in recruiting , the HR tech landscape, and the evolving expectations of enterprise buyers. Drive conversations around how AI, automation, and decision intelligence can reshape modern hiring. Who You Are Have 2+ years of presales or consultative solutioning experience in a SaaS setup (experience in recruitment tech is a plus). Prior exposure to AI tools or concepts (e.g., GenAI, ChatGPT, recommendation systems, or AI-powered analytics in HR). Strong storytelling and presentation skills—you can connect business challenges to product capabilities seamlessly. Empathetic listener with sharp problem-solving instincts. Comfortable creating trust with multiple stakeholders across functions and seniority levels. Bonus if you’ve worked in implementation or support before and want to move closer to the value side of the sales journey.
