Job Title: Pre-Sales & Solution Expert SaaS Procurement Solutions Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore, India Reports to: Vice President, Sales Are you a dynamic and customer-focused professional with a passion for SaaS solutions and procurement technology ? Join RRS Solutions as a Pre-Sales & Solution Expert and play a critical role in driving sales success by delivering impactful product demos, solution presentations, and proposals that showcase the value of our SaaS-based procurement solutions to procurement and supply chain professionals. Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients. Develop and deliver compelling product pitches , aligning solutions with customer pain points. Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and create tailored solution proposals. Prepare and present solution architectures, workflows, and use cases that address business challenges. Assist in pricing estimation, proposal creation, and RFP responses for enterprise clients. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align solutions with customer requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to procurement and supply chain professionals, helping them understand the value of digital procurement transformation. Support proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements , addressing technical and functional concerns. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and procurement best practices . Qualifications & Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Business Development in the IT/ITES industry. Strong understanding of SaaS solutions, procurement workflows, and supply chain processes . Experience in delivering product demos, client presentations, and solution proposals . Ability to communicate and engage with procurement, finance, and IT decision-makers . Experience in SAP ecosystems, ERP applications, or procurement solutions is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation software . A self-starter with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. Willingness to travel as needed. Why Join Us?
