Role Summary

The Presales Consultant will serve as the primary technical anchor in the sales process, translating complex Digital technology into clear, quantified business value for prospective clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in Software and TMT, strong business acumen, and excellent client-facing presentation skills. You will own the solution sales aspects of the cycle from discovery to proposal.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Sales & Solutioning

  • Discovery and Qualification: Lead high-level discovery workshops with client teams (including C-level executives, IT, and Operations personnel) to deeply understand their industrial pain points and strategic goals (e.g., unplanned downtime, energy inefficiency, capacity constraints).
  • Value Quantification: Work with the sales team to develop clear Return on Investment (ROI) and business case justifications.

2. Presentation & Demonstration

  • Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on the Holotwins platform, its features, and technical differentiators in the Indian market.
  • Tailored Demos: Prepare and deliver compelling, highly customized product demonstrations and presentations that address the client's specific operational workflows and use cases.
  • Proof of Concept (PoC) Management: Lead and coordinate technical validation events (PoCs), defining scope, managing resources, and ensuring successful execution to prove the solution's viability

3. Proposal & Content Development

  • RFP/RFI Response: Own the technical content for Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) responses, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and competitive positioning.
  • Market Feedback: Serve as a conduit for client feedback, working closely with the Product and Engineering teams to influence the platform roadmap based on India-specific market needs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in a presales, or technical consulting role for enterprise B2B software.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical (C-level) audiences.
  • Consultative Selling: Proven ability to run consultative discovery sessions, identify root business problems, and structure a solution proposal accordingly.
