Presales Consultant - Managed Services

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing IT Managed Services Solutions to meet the needs of customers. With a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields and a minimum of 6 years of experience in the Managed Service Domain, you will play a crucial role in understanding customers" IT operations and developing business cases for outsourcing managed services. Your responsibilities will include participating in customer workshops, responding to RFI/RFP requests, and presenting and demonstrating Managed Services Solutions. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. You will be tasked with developing cost-effective and scalable delivery models with SLA-based support services while ensuring that the proposed solutions align with customer requirements and industry best practices. Collaboration with the Managed Services Program Manager will be essential to plan and schedule activities for project success. Your technical competencies should include a broad understanding of IT infrastructure technologies such as Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Cisco networking, VMware, Citrix, and more. Possessing technical certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, or equivalent will be a significant advantage. Additionally, familiarity with the ITIL Framework life cycle is crucial for maintaining service quality standards.
