Your technical competencies should include a broad understanding of IT infrastructure technologies such as Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Cisco networking, VMware, Citrix, and more. Possessing technical certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, or equivalent will be a significant advantage. Additionally, familiarity with the ITIL Framework life cycle is crucial for maintaining service quality standards.
