🕒 Experience: 3+ years in Real Estate Sales (preferably in Chandigarh)

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
• Engage with warm, qualified leads — no cold calling.
• Present high-value investment opportunities to HNIs.
• Build long-term trust-based relationships with clients.
• Stay ahead of market trends to spot fresh opportunities.
• Negotiate deals that benefit both clients and the company.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Proven sales track record in real estate or financial services.
• Strong understanding of fractional ownership investments.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Leadership ability with a team-first mindset.
