Investment Consultant

Key Responsibility:

• Educate & Advise Clients

• Simplify complex investment offerings and guide clients through SM REIT and fractional ownership opportunities.

• Build Strong Relationships

• Engage with HNIs, NRIs, and retail investors to understand their financial goals and earn their trust through consistent, value-driven communication.

• Drive Investment Decisions

• Present the benefits, returns, and long-term growth potential of various real estate-backed investment products.

• Ensure Smooth Execution

• Coordinate closely with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Operations) to ensure a seamless and professional onboarding and investment experience.

• Stay Market Ready

• Keep updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging asset classes to provide clients with timely, informed advice.

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of experience in real estate, investment advisory, or financial consulting
• Strong understanding of SM REITs, real estate markets, or structured investment products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Graduate in Business, Finance, or Real Estate (MBA preferred)
• Confident, presentable, and client-oriented mindset
