Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager - New EBO Onboarding, located in Noida. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for onboarding new Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBO), building and nurturing relationships with retail partners, and ensuring seamless integration of new outlets into Thaakurji Baazaar's network. Daily tasks include conducting market research, identifying potential outlets, negotiating terms, providing training and support to new partners, and monitoring sales performance to ensure targets are met. The role requires regular travel within the assigned area to visit retail partners and new EBO locations, as well as collaboration with internal teams to align strategies and provide feedback on market trends. Qualifications Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management Strong knowledge of Retail Operations, New Store Setup, and Partner Onboarding Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning skills Ability to travel regularly within the assigned area Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Show more Show less
