Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Franchise Growth Partner based in New Delhi. The Franchise Growth Partner will be responsible for expanding the franchise network, providing training and support to franchisees, overseeing financial performance, and driving sales growth. The role will involve a mix of onsite work and some work-from-home flexibility. Daily tasks include developing franchising strategies, managing relationships with franchisees, monitoring financial metrics, and supporting overall business growth.
