Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Growth Manager located in Noida. The Franchise Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow the franchise network, onboarding new franchisees, and overseeing their ongoing operations. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales processes, conducting market research, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, and coordinating with various teams to ensure the success of the franchise network. The role requires excellent project management and communication skills to work closely with franchisees and internal stakeholders.
