Job Title: Cards Pre-Sales Manager


Job Summary:


We are looking for an experienced Cards Pre-Sales Manager to lead our pre-sales efforts in the cards domain (credit, debit, and prepaid). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit card product, and operations, a proven track record in pre-sales and excellent communication skills. This role involves working

closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and

presentations that drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


 Pre-Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective pre-sales strategies to enhance sales performance and customer engagement.

 Proposal Development: Lead the creation of high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.

 Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication and presentation skills.

 Product Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide insightful solutions to clients.

 Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and

successful project execution.

 Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the cards

(credit, debit, and prepaid) industry.


Requirements:


 Education: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in a relevant field.

 Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with hands-on experience in credit card product, and operations, or related functions.

 Functional Background: Strong functional background in cards operations, including card issuance, financial management (delinquency, interest, fees, etc.), transaction processing, and customer service.

 Pre-Sales Experience: Proven experience in pre-sales roles, preferably in the financial services or

technology sector.

 Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply.

 Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills to guide cross-functional teams.

 Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to

develop effective sales strategies.

 Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

 Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or financial services are advantageous.

 Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the credit card industry, including regulatory

requirements and emerging trends.

 Innovation: Ability to innovate and suggest new solutions or products that meet evolving customer needs.
