Job Description

As an experienced Cards Pre-Sales Manager, your role will involve leading pre-sales efforts in the credit, debit, and prepaid cards domain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective pre-sales strategies to enhance sales performance and customer engagement. - Lead the creation of high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and sales pitches tailored to client needs. - Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication and presentation skills. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide insightful solutions to clients. - Work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution. - Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the cards (credit, debit, and prepaid) industry. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in a relevant field. - Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with hands-on experience in credit card product, and operations, or related functions. - Functional Background: Strong functional background in cards operations, including card issuance, financial management, transaction processing, and customer service. - Pre-Sales Experience: Proven experience in pre-sales roles, preferably in the financial services or technology sector. - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply. - Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills to guide cross-functional teams. - Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to develop effective sales strategies. - Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus. In addition to the above, relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or financial services are advantageous. A deep understanding of the credit card industry, including regulatory requirements and emerging trends, along with the ability to innovate and suggest new solutions or products that meet evolving customer needs, are preferred qualifications for this role.,
