About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead the
end-to-end contract lifecycle
from drafting and review to negotiation, execution, and renewal.
Negotiate with external counterparties to achieve risk-balanced, commercially viable agreements.
Translate business models and deal structures into clear contractual frameworks.
Support
pricing, commercial decision-making, and RFP processes
by drafting key commercial terms.
Collaborate with internal teams (business, technology, operations, legal) to ensure contractual rights and obligations are well-defined.
Maintain a structured
contract repository
with version control and renewal tracking.
Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate
commercial and legal risks
.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business, Law, or related field (
MBA or LLB preferred
).
7+ years of experience in
contract management, presales commercial roles, or commercial negotiations
, preferably in
fintech, financial services, or technology sectors
.
Strong knowledge of commercial models, contractual frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience managing
complex, multi-party agreements
.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of French will be an added advantage.
