Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Development

    : Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotes that outline the value proposition, pricing, and terms of the proposed solution. Address customer requirements effectively.
  • Lead Management Cycle

    : Evaluate the business challenges and requirements of potential service markets and prospects. Qualify leads to determine their level of interest and fit with the company's services. Assess the timelines and aid sales decision-making process.
  • Networking Support

    : Support sales team to identify the right networking avenues directly contributing on E2E lead generation efforts.
  • Competitive Analysis

    : Stay updated on market trends, industry competition, and service industry developments to effectively position the company's offerings against competitors.
  • Sales Process standardization and automation

    Maintaining the information on organizations CRM tool. Tracking & optimizing the overall sales cycle. Aid in the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures, sales workflow diagrams, and sales training materials.
  • Assist in outreach campaigns

    - Executing buyer persona-based outreach campaigns for quality lead generation, in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Cross functional collaboration

    – Work closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, operations, HR) across regions, to ensure the right solution driven conversations.
  • Sales Analytics:

    Deliver actionable insights for decision-making to Senior Leadership for both regular and ad-hoc sales analysis.

Required Profile/ Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, BFSI or related finance & accounting domain
  • MBA in Business/ Marketing (Mandatory)
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with the internal teams and client stakeholders to pursue opportunities
  • Comfortable to work with cross functional teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Understanding of the sales life cycle and client business models
  • Experience in B2B Sales or CRM experience, preferably IT Services industry
  • Professional experience in B2B sales - IT industry, preferably in Pre-Sales, Consulting, Business Analysis, Project Management.
