Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Presales Associate to support the sales team in identifying customer needs, preparing solution proposals, and delivering engaging product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging client requirements with internal capabilities, assisting in RFP responses, documentation, and technical presentations. This role requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of the company s products or services, and the ability to work collaboratively with sales, product, and technical teams to drive successful client engagements and business conversions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Qualification:

    Identifying and assessing potential customers to determine their suitability for the product or service.
  • Client Needs Analysis:

    Understanding client requirements and pain points to tailor solutions effectively.
  • Solution Development:

    Collaborating with sales and technical teams to develop proposals and presentations that address client needs.
  • Product Knowledge:

    Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
  • Objection Handling:

    Address and resolve client concerns about a product or service during the sales process.
  • Proposal Preparation:

    Assisting in the creation of compelling proposals and quotations.
  • Relationship Building:

    Maintaining communication with potential clients and building strong relationships.
  • Liaison Role:

    Acting as a bridge between sales, technical, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Market Research:

    Gathering market intelligence and competitor information.
