Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Premium Acquisition Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire premium customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
