Pre-Sales Support Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as an RFP Analyst / Pre-Sales Support Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing Request for Proposals (RFPs), preparing technical and commercial documentation, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to support our sales and pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities

1. RFP Review

• Analyze and interpret RFP documents to understand client requirements and specifications related to our products.

1. Specification Analysis & Excel Preparation

• Extract and organize product specifications from RFPs into structured Excel files for internal review and response preparation.

1. Compliance Check

• Compare RFP specifications with our product offerings to ensure compliance.
• Prepare compliance statements and highlight deviations, if any.

1. Bill of Materials (BoM) Preparation

• Develop detailed BoMs for compliant RFPs.
• Draft queries and clarifications for non-compliant RFPs.

1. Market Research

• Research and analyze competitors' BoMs and offerings to benchmark our solutions.

1. Stakeholder Communication

• Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Managers, and other relevant teams to gather inputs and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite

  : Ability to create, manage, and analyze spreadsheets and documents.

• Good Communication Skills

  : Verbal and written communication for effective coordination and drafting professional correspondence.

• Basic Networking Knowledge

  : Understanding of networking concepts to interpret technical specifications.

• Letter Drafting

  : Ability to draft clear and concise letters and emails as per subject requirements.

• Analytical Thinking

  : Attention to detail and ability to interpret technical documents.

• Team Collaboration

  : Experience working in cross-functional teams is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in RFP analysis, pre-sales, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with IT/networking products and solutions.
