As a Pre-Sales & Solutioning Consultant at BlueKaktus, you will play a crucial role in designing value-driven sourcing and supply chain technology solutions for enterprise clients. Here's a breakdown of what this role entails: **Role Overview:** In this position, you will bridge the gap between sales, product, and engineering teams to create customized solutions that meet the business needs of clients. Your responsibilities will include engaging with prospects, understanding their requirements, and delivering compelling solution demonstrations and proposals that showcase the value proposition of BlueKaktus. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategic Support** - Act as a subject-matter expert in domain, product, and process areas. - Represent BlueKaktus at industry events and forums. - Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams. - **Pre-Sales Support** - Collaborate with Sales to design effective sales strategies based on customer requirements. - Conduct product demos, presentations, and address technical queries. - Prepare tailored solution proposals aligned with client objectives. - **Solution Design & Consulting** - Analyze business challenges and KPIs of enterprise clients. - Work with Product and Engineering teams to create customized SaaS solutions. - Design solution architectures, workflows, and integration approaches. - Conduct ROI/value analysis and develop business cases for clients. - **Proof of Concept (PoC) Management** - Lead PoC initiatives to validate product fit and performance. - Define success metrics, gather feedback, and ensure timely delivery. - **Knowledge Sharing** - Keep updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. - Share insights with internal teams to enhance solution positioning. **Qualifications Required:** - **Education:** MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute + BE/B.Tech (Mandatory) - **Experience:** 12 years in Management or Tech Consulting (client-facing) - **Domain Expertise:** Mandatory experience in Supply Chain & Operations / Production - **Desirable:** Experience in SaaS or Pre-Sales; exposure to Retail, Fashion, or Analytics industries **Soft Skills:** - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficient in project and time management - Collaborative mindset with a customer-centric approach - Demonstrated bias for action and results orientation **Reporting To:** Head of Enterprise Solutions **Shift Timings:** 9:00 AM 6:00 PM **Benefits:** Health insurance In addition to the detailed job responsibilities and qualifications required, BlueKaktus is a leading digital transformation platform for the fashion and retail ecosystem, empowering apparel brands, manufacturers, and retailers with next-gen sourcing and supply chain technology.
