Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate Presales Solution Consultant who thrives on understanding complex business needs and translating them into tailored product demonstrations. This role is ideal for someone with strong business analysis skills and a consultative mindset. You will engage with procurement and sourcing teams to identify pain points, map their workflows, and demonstrate how the product modules solve their challenges. You will also support account mining and expansion by continuously identifying new use cases within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Solutioning & Discovery:

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their current sourcing/procurement processes, challenges, and tools.
  • Conduct discovery calls and workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Analyze client workflows and map them to the product modules and features.

Presales Demonstrations

  • Build and deliver tailored product demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to craft compelling solution narratives.
  • Address RFPs, RFIs, and solution documentation.

Business Analysis

  • Document client requirements and contribute to configuration/solution design.
  • Work closely with Product and Implementation teams to ensure a smooth handoff post-sale.

Account Mining & Expansion

  • Support Customer Success and Sales teams in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Analyze usage patterns and propose module expansions based on customer maturity and needs.

Internal Collaboration

  • Provide market and prospective feedback to the Product team for roadmap enhancements.
  • Maintain demo environments, solution decks, and reusable assets.

Required Skills

  • 4–8 years of experience in product presales, business analysis, or solution consulting.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing, procurement, or supply chain processes (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with mid- to senior-level stakeholders in a consultative manner.
  • Ability to simplify complex workflows into clear, compelling product demonstrations.
  • Experience with tools like MS PowerPoint, Miro, Figma (for mockups), and CRMs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, procurement solutions, or the Microsoft ecosystem is a plus.
