As a Presales Solution Architect based in Mumbai, your role will involve closely collaborating with customers to comprehend their IT requirements, devise personalized solutions, and offer guidance on industry best practices. Your daily responsibilities will include crafting solution architecture, integrating hardware and software systems, and streamlining business processes to ensure client satisfaction. It will be crucial for you to work in conjunction with sales and development teams to provide bespoke IT solutions.
