Job Summary
As a Junior Pre-Sales Executive, your key role will be to assist the sales team by identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable product or service solutions. Your main responsibilities will include opportunity identification, client communication, and offering comprehensive pre-sales support to drive the overall success of the sales process.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Evaluate leads to determine their suitability and potential for conversion into sales opportunities
- Reach out to potential clients through emails, calls, or WhatsApp to introduce the company's products or services.
- Monitor and report on the status of identified opportunities, ensuring follow-up actions are taken
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns aimed at generating new opportunities.
Client Engagement
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Conduct initial exploratory conversations to qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
Product/Service Knowledge
- Acquire a deep understanding of the company's products or services and stay updated on industry trends.
- Clearly articulate product features and benefits to potential clients.
Sales Support
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for specific sales opportunities.
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding inquiries and concerns.
Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Analyze and report on sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.
- Collaborate with senior pre-sales executives to learn best practices and enhance skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a keen interest in sales and business development.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales support role is a plus.
