We're Hiring: Presales Manager – Defence & Critical Infrastructure Solutions

Location: Hyderabad / Delhi ( Open to travel) #Presales hashtag#DefenceTechnology hashtag#DroneSolutions hashtag#SalesEngineeringWe’re expanding our sales team and looking for a dynamic and driven Presales Manager to join our growing technical sales force!This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales strategy and technical expertise, and is passionate about working on cutting-edge solutions like drone detection, mitigation, and command & control (C2) platforms. You’ll work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure that our offerings are precisely aligned with customer needs, particularly in the Defence, Government, and Critical Infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with sales teams to define and execute sales strategiesDeliver impactful product demos and high-level technical presentationsLead Proof-of-Concept (POC) initiatives and technical evaluationsAnalyze customer requirements and provide tailored solutionsRepresent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry eventsOffer feedback to product teams based on market and customer insightsCreate and maintain technical documentation and sales collateralWork closely with government procurement channels and partners

Qualifications:8–10 years of presales experience, with 5+ years in Govt./Defence sectors. Strong background in drone solutions, C2 platforms, and integrationProven track record of sales support and closing strategic dealsBachelor's in Engineering or related technical fieldExcellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skillsAbility to travel at short noticeIf you have prior experience in Defence technology sales, especially with counter-drone solutions, and a passion for working at the forefront of innovation, we want to hear from you!

Pay: From ₹1,400,000.00 per year
