The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, data analysis, and providing actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of financial metrics, strong Excel/BI skills, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear, actionable way. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports including variance analysis and commentary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and business initiatives. Support fundraising and investor relations with financial projections and due diligence data. Assist in preparing business cases for new projects, partnerships, and capital investments. Track and monitor KPIs, cash flow, and financial performance. Participate in the preparation of board decks and investor presentations. Maintain accuracy of internal financial systems and ensure compliance with financial controls. Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support business strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CA/CFA preferred). 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally, or SAP) is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to present data to non-financial stakeholders. High attention to detail, organization, and time management.
