Job Description

As a member of the Tulip Group, your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls to potential customers. You will be responsible for qualifying leads by understanding customer requirements and budget, providing information about real estate projects, pricing, and features, and scheduling site visits for potential buyers. Additionally, you will maintain and update the customer database (CRM), follow up with leads to nurture them through the sales funnel, coordinate with the sales team for a smooth client handover, address customer queries and objections efficiently, and participate in promotional activities and campaigns.
