Position:

Pre-Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Pre-Sales Executive in Real Estate! We're looking for dynamic and passionate individuals who excel in outbound calling to help generate quality leads. You will serve as the vital bridge connecting potential clients with site visit opportunities, through personalized and impactful persuasion.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate proactive and engaging outbound communication with potential clients.
Effectively manage and nurture a high-potential lead pipeline.
Drive interest in site visits through compelling and tailored interactions.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure maximum lead-to-client conversion success.

Minimum Qualifications

Completion of HSC or possession of a Graduate degree.
Minimum of 6 months recent experience in a direct customer engagement or telecommunication-oriented role (such as BPO, telesales, telemarketing).
Exceptional proficiency in verbal communication, particularly in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
Eligible age: Up to 35 years.
Preferred residency: Candidates residing anywhere from Virar to Dadar.

Work Schedule

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Flexible weekly offs, based on availability, any day between Monday and Thursday.
