We are seeking an experienced and driven Channel Partner Sales Executive to oversee and grow our partner network. The primary focus of this role is to manage the end-to-end sales process with our channel partners, activate new partners, drive high sales volumes, and maintain strong relationships to achieve sales targets. This individual will be responsible for meeting with partners' senior management, driving activation initiatives, and providing support to ensure partner success and alignment with company goals. Key Responsibilities: - Partner Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, onboard, and train new real estate channel partners (agents, brokers, agencies). - Sales Management: Set sales targets, monitor performance, and assist partners in closing deals. - Relationship Building: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with partners to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Marketing & Support: Provide marketing materials, sales tools, and lead generation support. - Training & Development: Regularly train partners on product updates, sales strategies, and market trends. - Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and lead expansion efforts within the assigned territory or vertical. - Travel & Partner Engagement: Regular travel to meet with key partners and customers, ensuring alignment on sales strategies. - Organize and participate in partner meetings, conferences, and events to maintain a strong presence in the partner ecosystem. - Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner sales, providing feedback and strategies for improvement. - Negotiation & Conflict Resolution: Manage partner negotiations and resolve conflicts effectively. - Reporting: Prepare and submit regular performance reports to senior management. Job Title: Field Sales Executive / Field Sales Representative Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting potential customers, promoting products/services, and closing sales in the assigned territory.
