Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive / Field Sales Representative Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting potential customers, promoting products/services, and closing sales in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Visit clients, shops, or businesses to promote and sell products or services Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Provide product demonstrations and answer customer queries Submit daily reports on customer visits, sales, and market feedback Coordinate with the sales team and back-office for order processing Collect payments and ensure timely delivery of products Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends Requirements:10th/12th Pass or Graduate (preferred depending on industry) Proven experience in field sales or similar role is a plus Excellent communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel extensively within assigned area Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Knowledge of the local market and customer behavior Job Type: Full-time Location: Vadgaon Maval, Talegaon, Budrak, Salary: 15000-25000/- Vehicle: 2 wheeler
