Job Overview

We are seeking a Fresher for the position of Pre Sales Executive in real estate at FracSpace Private Limited, headquartered in Hyderabad. This is a Full-Time role designed to support and enhance our sales efforts by engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and setting the stage for successful real estate transactions.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Cold Calling (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to initiate effective conversations, engage potential clients, and identify real estate investment opportunities through outbound calls.
  • CRM (Mandatory skill): Experience in using Customer Relationship Management tools to maintain customer data, ensuring efficient follow-up and improved sales processes.
  • Presentation Skills (Mandatory skill): Expertise in preparing and delivering engaging presentations that clearly communicate the value of fractional property ownership to potential investors.
  • Site Visits: Capability to organize and conduct on-site visits which offer clients firsthand experience of properties and strengthen purchasing decisions.
  • Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research: Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify trends, gather insights, and support the sales strategy for fractional real estate ownership.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Competency in assessing customer requirements and aligning them with appropriate real estate solutions offered by FracSpace.
  • Strong Communication: Proficient in both verbal and written communication enabling clear and persuasive interactions with potential clients and stakeholders.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets, enhancing the reach and impact of FracSpaces offerings.
  • Conduct market research to support the identification of potential clients and maintain a steady pipeline of leads.
  • Facilitate effective communication between prospective clients and sales teams to streamline the sales process.
  • Participate actively in team meetings to contribute insights and strategies that enhance overall sales performance.
  • Provide administrative support through data entry and maintenance of customer records in the CRM system.
