Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for qualifying leads, managing initial customer engagement, and ensuring a seamless handover to the sales team. You will act as the first point of contact for potential buyers, providing information, scheduling site visits, and nurturing relationships to convert inquiries into qualified prospects. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound leads generated from online/offline marketing campaigns. Qualify prospects through phone calls, chats, and emails to understand their requirements. Maintain and update the CRM with lead information and interaction history. Schedule and coordinate site visits or virtual tours for interested clients. Follow up with potential buyers to keep them engaged through regular touchpoints. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to sales. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation. Identify client needs and suggest suitable property options. Assist in organizing promotional events, open houses, and exhibitions. Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on lead status and conversions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, telemarketing, or real estate sales preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up efficiently.
