Pre-Sales Executive

The ideal candidate for this role will excel at creating and closing new opportunities through a consultative approach to selling. You will leverage your expertise to identify and qualify leads, resulting in sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for daily sales activities, follow-ups on leads, and closing sales deals over the phone. Building and maintaining good customer relationships will be a key part of your role. Your responsibilities will include sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. You will also call potential customers to persuade them to purchase the company's products and direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary. Additionally, you will be expected to route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Achieving sales operational objectives, handling grievances, and identifying marketing opportunities based on consumer requirements will be crucial aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should have 1-2 years of sales experience and a working knowledge of CRM systems. A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Sales, business administration, or a related field are required qualifications. You should possess knowledge of sales and negotiating techniques, basic proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication skills, strong business development and networking abilities, effective negotiation skills, and the capacity to work well under pressure. Building and maintaining robust customer and partner relationships will also be essential to your success in this role.,
