Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Sales Executive located in Pune. The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging potential clients, presenting Kundan Spaces offerings, and understanding client requirements. The role includes lead generation, client meetings, follow-ups, and assisting in the preparation of proposals and presentations. The executive will collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation, client engagement, and follow-ups
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in preparing proposals and presentations
• Ability to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions
• Strong collaboration skills to work with the sales team
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
