Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through market research, referrals, property portals, and inbound inquiries. Appointment Fixing: Schedule property site visits, in-office meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-ups and client engagement. Share project details, pricing, and offers with prospects to generate interest and urgency. Provide timely reports on lead conversion and appointment schedules.
