Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Customer & Sales Coordination:

Respond promptly to all incoming customer inquiries via
calls, emails, or WhatsApp
.
Share relevant project details, offers, and updates with potential clients.
Convince and schedule customers
for property site visits.
Coordinate with the HOD regarding customer details and visit schedules.
Assist Customers in locating and reaching the project site.
Efficiently manage and update customer data using
SELL.DO CRM
.
Prepare
daily reports
in the prescribed format

Required Skills & Attributes:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent Convincing and follow-up ability.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with
CRM tools (SELL.DO preferred)
.
Good coordination and reporting skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
