Job Description

A Presales Executive plays a key role in supporting the sales team by understanding client requirements, preparing technical and business proposals, and demonstrating product value. They bridge the gap between customer needs and the company’s offerings to enhance deal closure rates.Key Responsibilities:Lead Qualification & Discovery

  • Analyze and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Conduct initial customer interactions to understand pain points and needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize high-value opportunities.

Solution Demonstration & Presentations

  • Deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations.
  • Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) to showcase product capabilities.
  • Address client objections and propose tailored solutions.

Proposal & Documentation

  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Work with internal teams to customize solutions per client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of presales activities and interactions.

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Assist in product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to highlight unique selling points.
  • Support marketing efforts by participating in webinars and industry events.

Collaboration & Relationship Management

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Provide feedback to product teams for enhancements and innovation.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in presales, business development, or sales support.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value.
  • Experience with tools (office 365) and sales analytics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
