Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Executive at our company, your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality leads through outbound calls, qualify potential customers, and work closely with the sales team to ensure conversions. Your role is crucial in supporting the sales pipeline and contributing to the overall growth of the business. You must possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to create a positive first impression of our services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high-quality leads for the sales team. - Identify customers" needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives. - Seize opportunities to upsell services when they arise. - Follow up with potential customers promptly when necessary. - Manage a large number of outbound calls efficiently. - Document all call information in the CRM as per standard operating procedures. - Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets. - Demonstrate strong knowledge of VM Modular services to identify customer needs accurately. - Display sales aptitude by asking for the next meeting and suggesting additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue. - Provide a superior customer experience by establishing a positive rapport in all interactions. - Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers through various mediums. - Maintain regular attendance and punctuality. **Requirements:** - A graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education). - Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types. - Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively. - Previous experience in a call center/telecalling environment dealing with Indian consumers. - Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills. - Proficient in Telugu, Hindi, and English with proper grammar. **Key Skills:** - Lead Generation & Qualification - Telecalling/Outbound Sales - Customer Handling & Rapport Building - CRM Documentation & Reporting - Upselling & Cross-Selling Ability - Time Management & Target Orientation In addition to the above responsibilities and requirements, we offer you: - Opportunity for growth within the Sales & Business Development function. - Training and support on modular/interior solutions industry knowledge. - Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. - Collaborative and dynamic work culture.,
