Pre Sales Engineer

The Pre-Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving the technical side of the sales process, acting as a bridge between prospects/partners and the InstaSafe product portfolio. This individual will conduct on-site visits, deliver product demonstrations, and provide technical expertise to help customers and partners understand and adopt InstaSafe s Zero Trust Security solutions.

• Conduct technical presentations and live product demonstrations of InstaSafe s Zero Trust solutions at customer and partner sites.
  
  




• Understand customer IT infrastructure and security requirements to provide tailored recommendations.
  
  




• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth pre-sales and post-demo engagement.
  
  




• Provide feedback from customer interactions to Product and Engineering teams for continuous improvement.
  
  




• Stay updated on InstaSafe s product portfolio, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  
  




• Represent InstaSafe at partner meetings, events, and training sessions across the region.
  
  

• Technical Foundations: Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, DNS, VPN, etc.) and familiarity with Linux operating systems and commands.
  
  




• Solution Presentation: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
  




• Customer Engagement: Comfortable in face-to-face interactions with partners and customers to establish trust and credibility.
  
  




• Territory Travel: Ability to plan and manage extensive travel to customer and partner locations within the Chennai area.
  
  

• Agility: Quick to adapt to different customer environments and evolving product features.
  
  




• Professionalism: Presentable, reliable, and able to represent InstaSafe effectively in front of partners and customers.

Position Type: Full-Time

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Pre-Sales Head

Work Hours: Normal working hours with scheduling flexibility as per client meetings

Work Environment: Field-based role with home-office coordination

Travel Requirements: Extensive travel within the Chennai region
