Pre-Primary Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and experienced Pre-Primary Incharge to lead our new city branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing the pre-primary division, overseeing curriculum implementation, training staff, maintaining high academic and safety standards, and fostering a nurturing environment for young learners. Key Responsibilities: Establish and lead the pre-primary section in alignment with the vision and philosophy of Springfield World School. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning methodologies. Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise pre-primary teachers and support staff. Maintain regular communication with parents regarding child development, classroom activities, and school policies. Ensure a safe, stimulating, and hygienic learning environment. Monitor student progress and implement individualized learning plans where necessary. Organize events, celebrations, and parent engagement activities. Maintain all academic and administrative records related to the pre-primary section. Coordinate with the main campus for alignment in academic practices and reporting. Stay updated with best practices in early childhood education. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-primary education, including 2 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of modern pedagogical practices and child-centered learning approaches. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Passionate about early childhood development with a positive and energetic attitude. Preferred Attributes: Experience in setting up new schools or pre-primary branches. Familiarity with CBSE or international curricula. Creative and innovative thinker with a hands-on approach. Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital learning tools. Remuneration: Competitive, based on qualifications and experience.
