Pre-Primary Teacher

Job Summary: Springfield World School is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Pre-Primary Teachers for our new city branch. The ideal candidate should have a passion for early childhood education, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a warm and engaging learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and foundational skills in young learners. Key Responsibilities: Deliver age-appropriate lessons using innovative and interactive teaching methods. Plan and execute daily activities that promote the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development of children. Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment. Monitor and assess student progress and maintain individual student records. Maintain open and regular communication with parents. Ensure classroom discipline and safety at all times. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to promote holistic development. Follow the curriculum framework set by the school and contribute to its enhancement. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate (preferably in Education/Child Development) with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Montessori Training. Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a reputed pre-primary school. Good command of English (spoken and written). Patient, creative, and energetic with a love for working with children. Preferred Attributes: Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills. Familiarity with play-way and activity-based teaching methods. Tech-savvy with the ability to integrate digital tools in the classroom. A team player with a proactive and positive attitude. Remuneration: Attractive and based on experience and qualifications.
