Pre-Primary Coordinator

You are required to have a Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCEd) from a recognized institute, along with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a pre-school or early childhood setting. As a Pre-Primary Coordinator at Imperial Public School, located in Satavali Naka, Vasai (East), your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver a developmentally appropriate curriculum for children aged 2 to 6 years. You will be expected to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes exploration and learning. Utilizing storytelling, rhymes, music, art, and play will be essential to support the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth of the children under your care. Observing, assessing, and documenting each child's development and progress will also be a key aspect of your role. Building strong relationships with both children and their families, while maintaining open and positive communication, is paramount. Collaboration with colleagues and school leadership in curriculum planning, events, and activities is expected. Ensuring classroom discipline and hygiene standards are upheld is crucial. Participation in parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and training sessions will be required as well. Your warm, enthusiastic, and patient approach to teaching, along with excellent communication and classroom management skills, will contribute to your success in this role.
