Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Instruction Plan and deliver lessons in core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Environmental Science, and General Knowledge as per the school’s curriculum. Use child-centered and activity-based teaching methods that align with the needs and interests of young learners. Integrate storytelling, hands-on learning, and real-life examples into daily lessons. Student Assessment & Support Assess students’ progress through classwork, assignments, projects, and periodic tests. Maintain records of academic performance and provide regular feedback to students and parents. Identify students’ individual learning needs and offer additional support or interventions as required. Qualifications: Diploma in Education (D.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) – Mandatory Valid teaching certification/registration as required by local educational authorities. Prior teaching experience in primary grades (1–5) preferred.
